How long does a jar last?
One 50 g jar lasts about 8 weeks with daily use. You only need enough for a thin, even layer over each underarm.
How do I apply it?
Scoop enough for a thin, even layer over each underarm, warm it between clean fingertips, then massage it over the whole underarm. If you still notice odour, use a little more next morning.

MARL contains alum stone: potassium aluminium sulfate. It is an aluminium-containing mineral salt, but a different compound from the aluminium chlorohydrate and aluminium-zirconium salts commonly used in conventional antiperspirants. Those products are designed to reduce sweat; MARL is designed for odour control.
