We stand behind the effectiveness of our natural deodorant — so much so that every purchase is covered by our 30-day happiness guarantee. No awkward questions, no fine print.
1. The 30-day happiness guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your MARL product for any reason, you can request a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery — even if the jar has been opened and used. We would rather you try it properly than send back an untouched jar.
2. How to request a refund
- Email hello@marlbalm.co.uk with your order number (from your Stripe receipt) and a short note about what didn’t work for you.
- We’ll confirm your refund within 2 business days. In most cases you will not need to post anything back.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Subscriptions and the free trial
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe customer portal (linked in every receipt email) or by emailing us.
- Cancel before your 30-day free trial ends and you pay nothing — the trial jar is yours to keep.
- Cancel after a renewal has been billed and the guarantee still applies: if you’re within 30 days of that delivery, we’ll refund it in full.
4. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
5. Late or missing deliveries
UK standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch email, let us know and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.
